Merja Iileka is a multi-media practitioner and a creative specialising in visuals and creative direction. She is a multiple award-winning fashion photographer, whose work has graced billboards, magazine covers, walls of local art galleries and in Vogue. Merja is also the editor-in-chief of the Informante newspaper and a radio presenter on a breakfast show. She is the owner of TW Studio, a studio that specialises in fashion photography. Merja has always been interested in topics of identity, race and feminism and exploring how these subjects can be used to tell stories through fashion photography. Her primary mission is to empower other creatives and to use visual platforms to start dialogue.
